1. turn on computer.
2. click on internet explorer.
3. go to www.blogger.com/
4. click *creat an account.*
5. fill in the required fields and press ok.
6. go to dashboard and click *create own blog.*
7. fill in the required fields.
8. now click view blog at the top of the webpage.
9. click new post and create a post.
